Seen in this photo is an example of a Correct Thermostat Housing for 1966/1967 SS Chevelle. All thermostat housings for 66 and 67 SS were made of aluminum. The part # is 3877660 and seen on the LIP of the housing base, NOT the neck as is often seen for other years. A small fact, but when you want it done Correctly, it's all in the Details!!

Seen here is an example of an Original untouched 66 SS Spare Wheel: The noteworthy FACT is that all 66's had the Spare placed Face Up, but all 67's had the Spare Face Down. This is small Fact that is often missed and done incorrectly!

Mike very pleased to see this book come to reality , having had the opportunity to see and spend a few hours or so reading the rough draft I came away very impressed with the detailed info and pictures, the pictures alone are worth the price of the book,the detail they illustrate re factory markings etc.is invaluable , obvious to me the book was written by someone who knows these cars and has actually worked on them , to me this book gives tremendous value. I felt I knew a fair amount about 66's and had read all the publications .......not true, this book goes well beyond what is out there.
